Skykit partners with Source to deliver Verizon-powered digital signage

Skykit, a digital signage provider, has partnered with Source Inc., a wireless integrator and member of the Verizon Elite Partner Program, to offer digital signage solutions on Verizon's network, according to a press release.
In particular, Skykit will offer its Beam content management system and its SKP Pro Mobile media player, which will run on the Verizon network, according to the release. With these solutions, customers will be able to deploy and manage digital signage networks without Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
"By working together, we'll be better able to match customers who could benefit from a seamless, mobile-connected digital signage platform with the right software and hardware," Michael Nguyen, channel manager at Skykit, said in the release.
SKP Pro Mobile offers mobile connectivity so content can be delivered outdoors in store vestibules, on food trucks, lobbies, waiting areas and more.
