Digital signage platform SignStix has won the Software Innovation category with its cloud-based software-as-a-service solution, used by commercial and corporate enterprises to drive customer engagement and enhance in-store experiences, the company said in an announcement.
In addition, SignStix has also snagged the Network Service of the Year award within the Overall Achievement category, which recognizes and applauds companies that provide evidence of the work or innovation they've introduced to the world.
Nick Fearnley, director of SignStix, said the company's platform has been built from the ground up to deliver a solution that can be quickly adopted by organizations to enhance customer experiences and impact sales. "The SignStix platform has grown from a simple media management tool built for the broadcast industry into something quite special," he said. "The SignStix team has developed the platform from the ground up, almost entirely from customer feedback and feature requests … Winning the Digital Signage Awards is fitting testimony to the team's technical expertise and the overall success of the product."
Russ Adey, technical director of SignStix partner Adey Electronics, said the awards were good news for his company as well: "This is particularly good news for Adey Electronics as we provide secure wireless connectivity solutions that help enable SignStix to be deployed wherever and whenever, even when local networks are not available or restricted. We were excited by SignStix from the start and knew it was a great solution, and so we are glad to be partnered with such innovators."
