The company has partnered with the Jamaican Tourist Board to deliver a new app that provides information on Jamaican culture and events.

Digital signage software company Intermedia Touch has partnered with the Jamaican Tourist Board to deliver an interactive application to provide information to potential travelers. The goal of the partnership is to drive more tourism and promote travel opportunities, according to the press release.
The app will display videos to give examples of Jamaican culture. Users will also be able to read about upcoming events and learn about the services the Jamaican Tourist Board offers to its clients.
"We are extremely satisfied with the software." said Marcia Bullock-Jobson, regional director of groups & conventions for the Jamaica Tourist Board. "[The software is] very user friendly, which succeeded in having increased show presence for the destination. Planners were able to source the destination for property locations, attractions and resort contacts in addition to services offered by the Jamaica Tourist Board. In some cases we were also successful in confirming additional appointments for participating suppliers."
