Sensory Interactive, a large-scale digital media producer, has hired Josh Moore as managing director of project finances, according to a company press release.
Sensory Interactive's projects have included large-format digital out-of-home platforms, dynamic real estate environments and promotional advertising in stadiums, retail centers, commercial developments, public spaces and health care facilities.
In this position, Moore will work on revenue strategy for client projects. Moore has about 15 years of experience in valuation and market analysis. In his previous position as the manager of partnership valuation at Legends Global Planning, Moore valued over $5 billion in sponsorship income, according to the release. He also worked with Sensory Interactive on revenue strategy for dynamic real estate launches of SoFi Stadium at Hollywood Park and the future Clippers Arena in Inglewood, California.
"Sensory Interactive is in the middle of a huge growth phase," Moore said. "They're working with developers, investors, and sports teams to create immersive environments for fans and visitors. It's exciting to be a part of that. The conversations I've had with the President and CEO, Randy Byrd, having seen their work on both sides, inspired me. I'm looking forward to maximizing revenue opportunities for Sensory Interactive's clients and growing with the team."
"Josh brings a unique track record of accurately projecting revenue for major real estate projects," Greg Giordano, VP of Sensory Interactive, said in the release. "He can organize vast amounts of data and then help large teams think strategically about options. Josh brings this talent to every one of our projects, and I'm really excited to be working with him."
Moore will be working from Sensory Interactive's office in Dallas. Along with Dallas, the company has offices in Atlanta, Austin, Texas, Boston, Dallas, New York, and Washington, D.C.
