Screenfeed recently added news content for its subscribers to its digital signage content platform. Subscribers can select a news source, customize colors and fonts and select design themes for their digital signage, according to a press release.
Screenfeed offers news from sources such as the Associated Press, Reuters, The Canadian Press and its own News in Pictures feature. Users can also use keyboard filtering to remove competitors, people or topics from the news feed on their displays.
The platforms design themes feature animated intros, and customers can choose the format, such as portrait, sidebar or another zone of the display.
"News is, by its nature, supposed to be the most interesting stories at that time which helps attract attention, and it changes by the hour so it keeps screens fresh. To make news even more effective, we're providing a great way for our customers to take more control over their news," Jeremy Gavin, CEO and head content 'chef,' Screenfeed, said in the release.
