Scala partner IDS Menus installs digital menu network in Tulsa Hilton

EXTON, Pa. — Scala Inc. has announced that Scala Certified Partner IDS Menus, a division of International Display Systems Inc., is placing its first hotel installation of the S-series hybrid digital menu board system.
According to a news release, the hybrid system was installed in the Hilton's coffee shop.
The hybrid system includes a 27-inch surround panel displaying targeted, multimedia content. The content can be modified by Hilton employees and measured to determine its effectiveness.
The Hilton also purchased one 37-inch LCD display for the lobby. Visible to all visitors who enter the lobby, the display announces conferences and directs visitors to hotel lounges.
"Since the installation of the IDS' digital menu board system, we have seen an increase in the amount of visitors to the lounge and an increase in purchases at the coffee bar," said Lacey Lamm, general manager of the Hilton Tulsa Southern Hills.
