Rise Vision acquired by AUO Display Plus

Rise Vision, a cloud-based digital signage company, has been acquired by AUO Display Plus, a subsidiary of Taiwanese firm AUO Corp., according to a press release. The merger will add Rise Vision's extensive SaaS offerings with AUO's hardware options and will broaden ADP's reach in the education sector.

"Rise Vision partners with ADP to provide digital signage solutions that help organizations communicate better," Brian Loosbrock, CEO of Rise Vision, said in the release. "With easy to use software, compatibility with a wide range of hardware, and 500-plus professionally designed templates, organizations can be up and running in minutes."
