Reality Interactive has announced a suite of technology solutions to help QSR chains deliver digital store experiences. This suite includes dynamic menu boards, kiosks, signage, analytics and more, according to a press release.
With these solutions, QSR chains can change prices throughout the day, and allow local stores to offer regional specials.
Juice Press, a healthy juice chain, has already been rolling out Reality Interactive's solution at grocerant concepts inside Whole Foods Market and Equinox Fitness clubs, according to the release.
"Using our experience in other markets, we have been able to make programs for the QSR market more cost effective and easier to scale — something that's critical for an industry which has a high sensitivity to proving an ROI model," Bryson Hyte, co-founder and partner, Reality Interactive, said in the release. "Understanding their customer journey and their goals is also an important first step before designing the ultimate digital solution. We are very excited by the results in sales growth we've seen so far."
