Raydiant, a digital experience platform provider, has acquired Hoopla, a performance management and motivation platform.
Hoopla provides data intelligence, motivational psychology and gamification into an app to allow managers to motivate and increase team performance, according to a press release.
By combining Raydian'ts digital experience platform with Hoopla's engagement solutions, the companies will provide solutions for in-office, remote and hybrid workspaces. In particular, Raydiant will roll out its SecondScreen application for remote workers with integrations from Hoopla.
"We initially partnered with Hoopla because a big need from our customers was to display performance metrics, to engage employees and establish a winning culture. As we worked together, we realized there is a much bigger opportunity to enable the future of work," Bobby Marhamat, CEO, Raydiant, said in the release. "The addition of Hoopla enhances our ability to better serve the growing needs of all of our customers — in the office, working remotely, and for our brick-and-mortar customers that have asked for back-office solutions."
