Premier Retail Networks (PRN) and TCN Media, a division of TargetCast Networks, announced that they have formed a strategic alliance where PRN will provide advertising sales services for TCN.
TCN continues the national expansion of its casual dining network in Applebee's, Chili's, Hooter's, and other top dining locations. The network currently reaches over 1.7M weekly viewers, according to Nielsen Strategic Media Research.
