Plasma tube array best for digital signage, Japanese co. says

Tech-On!:"PTA (plasma tube array) is the display most suited for digital signage," said Japanese screen provider Shinoda Plasma Corp. in a recent press conference. The press conference was held on Jan. 28 to release the company's expectations for the digital signage market and the advantage of PTA for use as digital signage hardware. Shinoda Plasma is developing PTA screens, which are thin, lightweight and can be seamlessly joined.
