PixelFlex delivers digital signage on tap for Beer Park

PixelFlex has deployed its FlexUltra 1.9-millimeter LED video wall solution at the Fountains of Bellagio Beer Park at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. The Beer Park offers 100 beer options, with 36 beers on tap, according to a press release.

The FlexUltra offers 16:9 and 4:3 video ratios and a 150-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angle. PixelFlex selected Crestron to power the video wall so that content can be broken down into four pieces. Employees can use a tablet to change video channels, break up the audio and video zones or change the volume, according to the release.

"This is an outdoor environment and in Vegas that's a bit unique," said Matt Abbrederis, founder of Ponto Solutions, design specialists that worked with PixelFlex, in the release. "You have high winds blowing sand, 120-degree summer heat, spring and fall rain storms, and then it even gets cold in the winter with snow every once in a while. Needing a way to best protect the system, we worked with PixelFlex and a local fabricator to create an outdoor enclosure, with a custom mounting rack, that allowed us to easily install the FlexUltra LED."
