Onelan to demonstrate room booking digital signage update

Onelan recently updated its Reserva Room signage solution with an option for users to find and reserve free rooms. Users can see what rooms are available from any Reserva Room display, according to a press release.

Users can also report issues with meeting room resources such as the projector or conferring equipment using the display. The software then alerts the services team and other people who have scheduled a meeting in the room so they can plan accordingly.

Onelan is using this update to help develop an optimized work space environment with digital signage, according to the release.
