OAAA announces future leaders program delegates

The Out of Home Advertising Association of America has announced the 2026 Future Leaders Program delegates, recognizing 10 rising professionals selected for their leadership potential and contributions to the OOH advertising industry.

Now in its third year, the program, led by OAAA's OOH United committee, reflects a continued investment in developing the talent shaping OOH's future, according to a press release.

Delegates will participate in a sponsored experience at the 2026 OOH Media Conference in Dallas, centered on the theme "The Human Medium."

This year's delegates are:

  • Allyssa Schoonover, Associate Director, WPP Media.
  • Breana Robinson, Supervisor, OOH, Publicis Media.
  • Breigh Madigan, Group Sales Director, Commercial Partnerships, JCDecaux.
  • Daryl Quitalig, Senior Art Director, Clear Channel Outdoor.
  • Ivonte Pernell, Account Executive, Lamar Advertising Company.
  • Jake Bross, Product Marketing Manager, Clear Channel Outdoor.
  • Janet Carranza, Manager, Omnicom Media Group.
  • Lukas Auletti, Client Services, Talon.
  • Olivia Accardi, Creative Strategy Manager, Intersection.
  • Taylor Veal, Director, Commerce and Media, dentsu.

Through OAAA's partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, participants will also contribute to a broader mentorship initiative.

"The Future Leaders Program is about identifying and investing in the people who will define the next chapter of OOH," Patrick Dolan, chief operating officer of OAAA, said in the release. "By creating meaningful opportunities for connection, mentorship, and growth, we're strengthening both individual careers and the future of the industry."
