New SaaS solution allows one computer to output 20 digital signage channels

April 9, 2013

NoviSign, which provides an SaaS-based content management system, and Monitors Anywhere, which implements VGA/DVI over LAN technology for digital signage applications, have developed a joint solution that lets digital signage customers use only one computer to output up to 20 different content channels.

The new solution will help users save tremendously on hardware fees, the companies said in a news release. Content will be created, broadcast and managed through the NoviSign software, then distributed and controlled with the Monitors Anywhere software over the business's existing wired and wireless Local Area Network to various screens.

The system requires minimal training and is designed so any person in an organization can participate in the digital signage, according to the release.

"This is unequivocally a game-changer," said NoviSign CEO Gil Matzliah. "Customers finally have all the advantages of signage rolled into one package. They have low cost, low maintenance, easy installation and best of all, one screen controlling all the content they want to broadcast on up to 20 screens from one computer."

The new collaboration is "only the beginning of many possible technical advances we will make as a team," said Monitors Anywhere CEO Roy Tal, in the release.
