Neo acquires Dutch POSTV

GENEVA, Switzerland — Neo Advertising announced the acquisition of POSTV, the leading in-store digital media network in the Netherlands. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
 
POSTV operates the largest Dutch in-store digital media network with an installed network of 8,780 screens in 205 venues. POSTV currently reaches more than 6 million shoppers per 4-week period, making POSTV the largest digital advertising network in Dutch retailing. Retailers in the network include MediaMarkt, Makro, T for Telecom and Vodafone; advertising clients include Canon, Gillette, Heineken, Nokia, Samsung and Unilever.
 
Neo Advertising, an international group headquartered in Geneva, operates in the same field of activity. POSTV will remain active as a brand and an independent company, however, from now on it will be integrated in and report to the Neo Advertising Group. Michiel Reinoud will remain managing director of POSTV, which will pursue an aggressive rollout plan in the retail sector.
