NEC's C-series displays now offers 45-milimeter mechanical depth

NEC Display Solutions of America has launched its C Series displays, coming in 43-, 50- and 55-inch models. All of the models have a mechanical depth of 45 millimeters for easier mounting and accessibility, according to a press release.

The C Series displays come with full bidirectional external control through LAN and RS232 interfaces. Users can install the displays in landscape or portrait orientation. Other features include

• Anti glare screens
• Optional IR touch overlay
• Compliance to ADA standards

"We designed the C Series displays to support users who need full commercial capabilities and control in a stylish and aesthetically focused design," Ben Hardy, senior product manager for large screen displays at NEC Display Solutions, said in the release. "We're excited about the C Series because it provides the perfect fit for many retail, higher education, corporate and restaurant industry uses."
