NEC launches 34-inch curved display

NEC Display Solutions of America has launched a 34-inch, ultra-wide, curved display called the NEC MultiSync EX341R. The LED display is designed with a 21:9 aspect ratio, according to a press release.

The display is designed with a 1800R curvature, 1.55-mm bezels on three sides, and a 3,440 x 1,440 resolution. The display also has a DisplayPort daisy-chain functionality for multiple monitors and a human presence sensor to turn the display off when a user leaves the display.

The display has several other features, including:

• Two HDMI ports, four USB 3.0 ports;
• Certificed for Low Blue Light Content and Flicker-Free from quality assurance company TÜV Rheinland;
• Business class speakers;
• DisplaySync Pro to switch between computers with one keyboard and mouse; and
• Three year parts and labor warranty.
