Reflect, a provider of turnkey digital media solutions for out-of-home networks, announced that Nebraska Furniture Mart has selected Reflect as its exclusive digital solutions partner.
The new Nebraska Furniture Mart store location in Texas, which opened earlier this year, is on a site that covers 90 acres, with 560,000 square feet of retail showroom and a 1.3-million-square-foot distribution center. It is projected to host 8-10 million visitors annually, and will serve as an anchor store for the Grandscape development, a 400-acre-plus mixed-use development aimed at creating a destination for retail, entertainment, dining and attractions.
The Nebraska Furniture Mart of Texas also will feature 14 unique digital experiences, and multiple instances of each, in the 560,000-square-foot retail space, where the digitally enabled customer journey starts immediately when guests arrive, Reflect said.
Reflect's suite of digital media solutions provides NFM with control over the management, distribution and presentation of HD media content and applications across its entire digital media network. ReflectView provides NFM with a flexible platform to display dynamic messaging and media to communicate the latest promotions and offers, and it supports the integration and management of a wide range of content and interactive applications, the company said.
NFM focused on enhancing the shopper experience throughout the entire journey, including:
Family owned and operated since 1937, Nebraska Furniture has always focused on memorable guest experiences, according to the announcement. So when the brand decided to open a new store in Texas, executives were aware of the challenges of introducing a brand rich in heritage to a new market, as well as the challenges that came along with the immense scope of the project. Reflect and Nebraska Furniture Mart worked together, using in-store digital media technologies, to design an intimate and personalized shopping experience for a large-format store.
"When selecting our digital signage partner we needed a company that could offer direction from every level," said Lee Summers, marketing technology manager for Nebraska Furniture Mart and Grandscape, in the announcement. "This was a new arena for NFM and we needed a full turnkey solution. Reflect delivered beyond what was promised and continue to prove to us they were the right choice, not only from a technical standpoint, but also a cultural connection."
