Navori Labs acquires Signagelive

Navori Labs has acquired Signagelive and the acquisition creates the largest independent channel-only CMS platform provider.
Founded in 1998, Navori Labs is a Swiss innovator that develops software designed for scalable deployment. Signagelive is a U.K.-based provider of digital signage CMS software.
The new Navori Labs Group will boast more than 45 dedicated developers focuses on data-centric signage technology by the end of 2025, according to a press release.
Former Signagelive CEO Jason Cremins and CCO Frank Larsen will complement the executive leadership team of the Navori Labs Group around Group CEO Jeffrey Weitzman. In addition, Signagelive's CTO, Marc Benson, will remain part of the group's technology leadership.
"What we've built is far more than the sum of its parts," Weitzman said in the release. "We've combined deep-rooted expertise, bold vision, and operational excellence into a leadership team that's truly unmatched in CMS innovation and industry insight.
The company will retain its headquarters in Lausanne.
This acquisition was executed just six months after Navori Labs joined the Maguar Capital portfolio. Looking ahead, the group plans to continue to expand both organically and through further merger and acquisition especially in North America and EMEA.
