Muhammad Ali honored on digital billboard

Former boxer Muhammad Ali, a native of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away June 3. Clear Channel Outdoor is currently running a digital tribute to Ali through Friday. Ali is featured on a digital billboard in Penn Plaza at Madison Square Garden in New York City, according to a company press release.

The tribute is running across CCOA's digital network of nearly 1,000 digital billboards across the country including Miami, Chicago, Minneapolis, San Antonio and New York. CCOA designed and sponsored the tribute, which features boxing gloves, a butterfly and a bee, in reference to Ali's famous quote, "Float like a butterfly. Sting like a bee."
