LG launches integrator training courses with LG | U

LG has launched in-person training courses for integrators as part of its LG | U initiative, which includes in-person classes at the U.S. headquarters in Lincolnshire, Illinois, as part of the rollout, according to a press release.

LG | U aims to supply comprehensive product and installation classes for integration partners, and the initial Lincolnshire courses include accredited DVLED classes.

The company also plans to add virtual classes and a tour of in-person courses throughout 2023.

"Technology advances every day, offering new opportunities for businesses and integration firms that design and install AV solutions," James Pfenning, technical sales director at LG Business Solutions, said in the release. "Technicians who are properly trained and certified to install, integrate and service the latest products are best prepared to capitalize on these opportunities. Without this education, firms limit their ability to bid on many projects. We want our partners to enjoy continued success and growth, and by opening LG | U programs to the professional integration community, we are providing easy access to valuable training with both in-person and virtual options."
