Leeds Playhouse, a theater in Leeds, England, has partnered with digital solutions provider UXG to deploy a digital signage network. UXG worked with Signagelive and BrightSign to craft the network, according to the release.
The company deployed a 19.6 by 9.8-foot LED display, along with a three story display in the entrance and 45 displays throughout the theater. These displays deliver wayfinding, box office information and live feeds from the theaters.
Sgnagelive provided its content management software platform alongside BrightSign media players for the displays. In addition, Signagelive provided its GPIO trigger app to integrate the digital signage with the theater's fire alarm system in the event of an emergency.
"We were very pleased to be able to work with UXG on the deployment of the digital signage for Leeds Playhouse, as this not only uses our industry-leading content management software but also added the bespoke fire alarm integration the customer required," Warren Bremner, business and channel development manager, Signagelive, said in the release.
