Kompas digital signage software enables smartphone content management

Dimedis has launched its kompas version 8.5 digital signage software. The software enables users to control content or monitor players from their smartphones, according to a press release.

Users can also control sales campaigns at the POS or integrate livestreams into the displays. Other features include:

• Smart.select allows users to change content on screens at the sales floor;
• Player.sync can combine players into groups in a network and sync up content; and
• Ability to queue management systems.
