Keywest Technology to intro IoT displays

Keywest Technology plans to introduce its SignWave internet-of-things display solutions. Customers can integrate Breeze cloud widgets into the displays for social media feeds, weather, news and other information, according to a press release.

Breeze widgets can also perform various data interactions or information retrievals such as push/pull from smartphones using Bluetooth, NFC or RFID. The displays come with Windows 10 IoT OS on an Intel motherboard or Android, according to the release. Other features include:

• Comes in 10-inch and 15-inch LCD
• Hardened glass touchscreens
• Integrated RFID and power-over-Ethernet
• Thin wall mount
• Breeze CMS with cloud widgets
• 5-MP camera

"By using Breeze cloud widgets, SignWave displays take advantage of sophisticated IoT features without using third party add-ons that often add more complexity and expense than necessary," Koytt Nichols, president and CTO, Keywest Technology, said in the release.
