ISM Connect, BairFind use MiLB digital signage to find missing children

August 14, 2019

ISM Connect, a DOOH company, recently partnered with The BairFind Foundation to deliver missing children images on displays at Minor League Baseball stadiums across the U.S. The BairFind Foundation works to find lost children through delivering lost children information to ball parks, according to a press release.

The companies used ISM Connect's fan engagement system Allegiant Airlines Network to push the images to digital signage in the stadiums, according to the release.

The first signs went live on Aug. 5 with the Tusla Drillers at Tusla Drillers Baseball in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jacksonville Jumpo Shrimp at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville in Jacksonille, Florida,Norfolk Tides at the Harbor Park Stadium in Norfolk, Virginia and Fresno Grizzlies at Chukchansi Park in Fresno, California. ISM Connect plans to continue to expand to other stadiums with the images.

"More than 2,000 of the missing children featured in Minor League Baseball ballparks have been safely located to date, and we hope ISM's network of smart displays will help us to grow that number," Dennis Bair, former minor league pitcher for the Chicago Cubs and founder of BairFind, said in the release. "BairFind has always recognized that stadiums and arenas have the power to spur the public to join our search, and ISM is giving us a more prominent way to catch peoples' attention with the faces of missing children. Our partnership with ISM will generate more leads and tips, and more missing kids will be found nationwide."
