FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Intertise Inc. announced the extension of its one-time pricing model for its VisionCast digital signage software. The new pricing model allows Intertise customers to pay a one-time upfront cost for the software plus annual hosting fees for content storage and distribution.
Version 3.5 of Intertise's VisionCast software was recently released to include a number of new capabilities, including TV integration, RSS feeds, customizable media player skins, live Web page display (including webcams) and support for additional new content formats.
Intertise will also be making additional, non-advertising based content available at no cost for a limited time. This includes filler content like trivia, weather, stocks and other entertainment-based content.
"VisionCast Ad Manager is currently being upgraded to run on the Web, while a local client version will be kept to support offline networks," said Sean Lee, president and chief executive of Intertise. "Our goal is to make digital signage available for any sized company, from small businesses that wants to utilize its power for one location to a large company with hundreds of locations."
