At the 2011 National Association of Broadcasters Show in April, never.no will highlight its Synchronized Companion App, the latest advance for its flagship Interactivity Suite, the company recently announced.
The emerging technology enables viewers to sync iPads, PCs, or smartphones to the action on televisions, the company said. The never.no Interactivity Suite is a toolkit for creating the technical backbone of interactive broadcasts and digital marketing campaigns.
At the show, never.no visitors will see a full 360-degree view of an interactive broadcast and companion app for an iPad workflow, thereby gaining first-hand understanding of the benefits IS and the Synchronized Companion App can bring to their own broadcasts. Live demos of everything from interactive sports applications to user-driven music channels will afford visitors a chance both to sample the user experience on iPads and TV and also sit in the producer's seat to control the interactive workflow in real time.
In the Vizrt booth, the capabilities of the never.no Synchronized Companion App framework will also be on display in conjunction with the Vizrt graphics engines, touch screens and augmented-reality solutions.
NAB 2011 is scheduled for April 9-14 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas.
