IBASE launches low-power IB838 single board computer

IBASE, a Taiwan-based computer manufacturer, has launched its low-power IB838 3.5" single board computer for industrial automation and control, retail displays, transportation, automotive applications, and other use cases, according to a press release.

Powered by the Intel Core-i3 N-series (formerly Alder Lake-N) processor, the model features intelligent power handling, 9V~36V DC input range, and a variety of display options including Type-C, DP++ and eDP or LVDS.

The system also includes a range of I/O interfaces, including two Intel PCI-E 2.5G LAN ports, two USB 2.0 ports and four USB 3.2 ports (1x Type-C and 3x Type-A).

Full features include:

• Intel Core i3 N-series (formerly Alder Lake-N) processor.
• One DDR5 SO-DIMM, Max. 16GB.
• Supports Type-C & DP++ and eDP or LVDS.
• Two Intel PCI-E 2.5G LAN.
• Two USB 2.0, four USB 3.2 (one Type-C + Three Type-A), four COM and one SATA III.
• Two M.2 sockets (E-key + B-key), supports CNVi.
• 9V~36V wide-range DC input.
• Supports fTPM, Watchdog timer, Digital I/O.
