"For the FWA9500, we have used the modular approach to design a network appliance with high expandability and scalable functionality. This allows rapid customization and easy configuration by interchanging and combining modules to meet customers' optimal requirements, reducing the total cost of ownership," Jason Ko, senior manager at Ibase, said in the release. "Inner storage expansion with two 3.5" or four 2.5" swappable drive bays and 800-watt redundant power supply also ensure high availability and serviceability."
IBASE supplies a comprehensive range of digital signage media player products designed for single and multiple large displays that are ideal for a variety of applications and venues such as restaurants, retail stores, banks, airports and shopping malls to convey dynamic information and targeted promotions.
