IBASE intros Intel-powered modules with wide operating temperatures

IBASE Technology USA Inc. has released its COM Express Type 10(ET875) and Type 6(ET870) Modules, based on the Intel Atom E3900 series, Intel Pentium processor N4200 and Intel Celeron processor N3350. The devices can handle temperatures ranging from -40 to 185-degrees Fahrenheit, according to a press release.

IBASE built the devices to support two serial ports, four PCI-e Gen2 lanes and TMP 2.0 for data encryption management.

The ET875 measures 84 by 55-millimeters and comes with Intel Gen 9-LP SoC-integrated graphics. It also comes with interfaces for two USB 3.0/3.1, eight USB 2.0 and two SATA III.

The ET870 measures 95 by 95-millimeters and supports three USB 3.0, four USB 2.0 and two SATA III. It also features the Intel Gen-9 SoC integrated HD graphics and two DDI and one 24-bit channel LVDS or eDP for display interfaces.
