IBASE intros CPU card with Intel Xeon Core processors

IBASE Technology Inc. has launched its IB995 PICMG 1.3 Full Size CPU Card, a slot-card server built specifically for the 8th and 8th Gen of Intel's Xeon E/Core processors. The device delivers intelligent security and hardware monitoring for real-time applications, according to a press release.

The IB995 is available in C246, Q370 and H310 models, which all feature an M.2 storage interface with non-volatile memory express. The devices also feature TPM 2.0 to deliver cryptographic operations for access control and authentication. Other features include:

• Three USB 2.0 and five USB 3.0 inputs.
• Two M.2 sockets.
• Two Gigabit Ethernet.
• Two DDR4 DIMM and up to 32 GB of DDR4-2166/2500 memory.
• Four serial ports.
