IAdea to showcase glasses-free 3D technology

IAdea, a digital signage company, will be showcasing the Ultra-D Glasses-Free 3D display from Stream TV Networks at the Consumer Electronics Show on Jan. 5-8 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. IAdea powers the display with its XMP-7300, a 4K player, according to a press release.

The Ultra-D comes in 65- and 50-inch models. The XMP-7300 enables several features on the Ultra-D, including:

  • 4K media and HTML5 content creation;
  • Ability to operate between 0 to 50 degrees Celsius;
  • Touch functionality;
  • Different viewing orientations;
  • 7 times less CO2 emission than other solutions;
  • Logo placement via video file; and
  • Integrated video wall solution AnyTiles.

"IAdea has always been on the forefront of innovative technologies transforming the digital signage industry, and our collaboration with Stream TV providing the world's first media player with scheduling capability to power glass-free 3D displays is no exception," John C. Wang, CEO of IAdea, said in the release. "IAdea will continue to work closely with ecosystem partners to enrich everyone's visual experience."
