Hypervsn, UK-based holographic communications and display solutions firm, has announced a line of solutions, including the latest version of its Hypervsn SmartV Digital Avatar and Hypervsn Full Body Streaming, according to a press release.
The Full Body Streaming technology, a type of 3D telecommunication broadcast, was used by Michael Blackman, managing director of Integrated Systems Europe, to join Talent Congress, an event in Barcelona, Spain, live from Oman.
The Hypervsn SmartV Digital Avatar aims to allow communication with 3D, AI-powered avatars, and is an evolution of the Hypervsn Holographic Human, a type of 3D pre-recorded content. The system aims to provide first-tier customer service in various industries (including retail and banking), thus freeing up human labor for more intricate customer service tasks.
Hypervsn has also announced the SmartV Product Configurator (designed to allow customers in retail environments to view different product options in 3D, which Hypervsn says is showing success in the automotive industry) along with the SmartV Window Display, a gesture-based 3D display and merchandising system.
"Connecting with audiences all over the world is more and more defined by digital-only technology," Kiryl Chykeyuk, CEO and co-founder at Hypervsn, said in the release. "But standing out is more important than ever before. We are set to bring the best of digital to the real world. With the newest additions to our industry-specific solutions, we mark the ascent on both retail and entertainment and give leading brands tools that simply did not exist before."
