Hypersign, Avionex LLC's digital signage software platform, has left Flash for a faster, more efficient way of converting PowerPoint, according to a company announcement.

Hypersign, Avionex LLC's digital signage software platform, has left Flash for a faster, more efficient way of converting PowerPoint, according to a company announcement.

Hypersign has shifted its PowerPoint conversion feature from its Flash-based origins to the faster, more standard HTML conversion, the company said.

"The conversion output is fully HTML5, the standard for rich media delivery across many OS platforms, making the possibility to expand Hypersign onto new OS platforms a reality," Jason Mordhart of Hypersign said in the announcement.
