Lifeclinic International, a global supplier of commercial automated blood pressure monitors and health stations, announced that it has appointed ABC Regional Sports and Entertainment Sales (ABC RSES) as the exclusive ad sales representative for its Health Station Network.
The rep agreement, effective immediately, covers the wide array of new advertising opportunities available as Lifeclinic expands its Health Station Network information services at pharmacy operations within Walmart, Kroger, CVS, Rite Aid, Safeway and other retail chain stores. Health Station Network now serves more than 1 million customers daily with blood pressure and other biometric tests at more than 25,000 retail chain stores.
Lifeclinic currently is rolling out its new digital PC tablet featuring full-motion video and audio health information, along with sponsored messages. The expanded informational service offers both national feeds and individually customized programming and advertising for retail store locations. Through its agreement with ABC RSES, a division of ABC National Television Sales Inc., Lifeclinic now gains access to a wide range of advertising sales strategies and client and agency relationships.
"Health Station Network's new digital programming services, free to the public at retail chain pharmacy locations, significantly expand opportunities to provide the public with early-warning information about health risks," Health Station Network president Lon von Hurwitz said in the announcement. "Lifeclinic will be working closely with ABC Regional Sports and Entertainment Sales to maximize the potential of this exciting new service for both consumers and advertisers."
