GDP Technologies, formerly known as Georgia Duplicating Products, opens new Customer Experience Center in Duluth, Georgia.

Xerox Corp.-owned GDP Technologies announced the recent opening of its new 27,000-square-foot Customer Experience Center in Duluth, Georgia, aimed at showcasingto clients its range of offerings, from digital signage to document management.
GDP Technologies, formerly known as Georgia Duplicating Products, said the evolution of the company's offerings was a catalyst for the name change in 2014. Along with an updated brand, GDP Technologies said it invested in a new facility to improve the efficiency and enjoyment of customer visits. The new facility houses the GDP Technologies Customer Care Center and Network Operations Center that was previously housed in Norcross, Georgia.
GDP Technologies' new facility includes the addition of an Applications Testing Lab and a Customer Experience Center. The Customer Experience Center is designed to provide a casual setting that encourages creative collaboration, with in-house infrastructure that offers clients real workplace insight into the latest technologies for document management, print governance, print and copy technologies, interactive digital signage and managed IT services.
