Flypaper launches new app for digital signage content updates

Flypaper Studio Inc. today introduced the Flypaper Connect for .Net component to update data-based Flypaper digital signage content. Flypaper Connect for .Net enables users to access database information via Web services written in .Net to update Flypaper content without republishing a project.

"Flypaper Connect for .Net provides a simple solution for Flypaper users to send content directly to their digital displays," said Don Pierson, founder and president of Flypaper Studio. "This new component provides a simple way to update digital signage displays without republishing Flypaper content to save time."

Flypaper Connect for .Net users can instantly update their displays by accessing a database to send new information to digital signage display screens. Flypaper also offers assistance for organizations that would like help creating the necessary Web services or Flypaper content to use with this component.

Flypaper Connect for .Net joins four existing Flypaper Connect components, including Flypaper Connect for Google Calendar, Google Docs, CSV and Advanced Data Grid. The bundled Flypaper Connect components offer users a variety of ways to update information-based Flypaper content on digital displays.
