Federal agencies nab Crown Point Solutions, TMGL for AV solutions

Crown Point Systems, a provider of computer and cyber security solutions for federal agencies, will partner with TMGL, a company that supports IT services to businesses, and be called JV, MCP Joint Venture LLC, to provide audio visual solutions to the U.S. Navy, DoD and civilian federal agencies, according to a company press release.

"MCP Joint Venture combines the organizational strengths, capabilities and accelerated contract vehicles for which both Crown Point Systems' and TMGL's clients have asked," Ryan Marovish, CEO at Crown Point Systems, said in the release. "We look forward to deploying our world class solutions within the DoD, while making meaningful contributions to disadvantaged native Hawaiian people."

"We look forward to forging a strong partnership with Crown Point Systems," said Phil Bower, TMGL's president, said in the release. "Many of our current clients will benefit from their unique systems integration expertise and, combined with our own IT capabilities, will provide value and support to our clients' missions."
