FASTSIGNS international Inc worked with Rivers Crossing Community Church in Carrollton, Texas, to renovate a movie theater to serve as a home for the growing congregation, incorporating signs and visual graphics, according to a company press release.
"The right signs and visual graphics can transform a space by giving it not only a brand personality, but by also making it functional to fit the needs of the business or organization," said Drue Townsend, senior vice president of marketing for FASTSIGNS International Inc. "By incorporating shapes, colors, photographs and other design elements through the signs and graphics that direct people throughout the building and inform them about events, FASTSIGNS helped Rivers Crossing Community Church to inform visitors about events and improve visual communication throughout the building."
The comprehensive visual solution provided by FASTSIGNS includes a three-sided entrance sign that features changeable messages, exterior billboard graphics, dimensional letters for auditorium entrances, a stainless steel dimensional logo, custom wallpaper, regulatory and ADA signage, and wayfinding signage the release stated.
FASTSIGNS also designed a dimensional timeline that tells the story of the church’s history. This wall graphic includes the words, "greater things are yet to come" to allow room for events to be displayed in the future.
"Our church wants to expand over the next few years, and we needed solutions that will grow with us," said James Bailey, creative director, Rivers Crossing Community Church. "With a large building, you can't do small signage; it would just get lost. These signs and graphics have been a huge success."
