Exxact Corp., an ISO-certified provider of audio visual solutions for video wall, digital signage, media playback systems and 3D visualization, has chosen Matrox C-Series multidisplay graphics cards as the heart of three new video wall and digital signage systems, the companies announced.

One of the new systems, the Exxact MPX3000 with Matrox C680 inside, will be presented at InfoComm (Orlando, Florida, June 17–19) in the Matrox booth, and additional Exxact systems will be featured in the Exxact booth.

"Exxact Corp. is committed to bringing outstanding video wall solutions to the market for a wide range of applications including enterprise, industrial, pro A/V, digital signage, security, control rooms and more," said Jason Chen, vice president at Exxact Corp., in the announcement. "We are excited to offer a lineup of A/V solutions integrated with Matrox C-Series graphics cards that provide the reliability, performance and advanced multimonitor capabilities needed in these demanding environments."

MPX3000 incorporates a Matrox C680 card to drive up to six displays from a single, short-depth 1U system. The Spectrum IXR416-0064N image generator features two Matrox C420 or two C680 cards to drive up to 12 displays from a single, quiet 4U rack-mount system. Spectrum TXN003-0032N uses either a Matrox C420 or C680 to drive up to six displays or projectors from a single, small-form-factor system.

"Exxact's choice of C-Series for these three new systems underscores the versatility of the C420 low-profile, quad-output card and the C680 single-slot, six-output card," said Caroline Injoyan, business development manager at Matrox Graphics Inc. "They are ideal for the full range of business, industrial and government applications, including video management systems and small-scale display walls."

Matrox C-Series cards feature 2 GB of on-board memory and secure mini DisplayPort connectivity. Matrox C680 supports up to six 4K/UHD displays. More displays can be supported by inserting two C680 cards into a system. The board-to-board framelock feature ensures synchronization of all displays to reduce tearing on digital signage and video walls, as well as passive cooling for increased reliability and silent operation. The cards come bundled with Matrox PowerDesk for Windows desktop management software, which allows users to configure and manage multidisplay setups.
