Three-D digital signage solutions provider Exceptional 3D recently showcased its latest generation of autostereoscopic, "glasses-free" 3D products at this year's Digital Signage Expo, including the debut of its 3D iPad solution.
In addition to debuting its new glasses-free 3D iPad, the company also showed its no-glasses 3D display product line which features 23-, 46- and 55-inch displays with OPS for digital signage. Attendees also could see both glasses-free 3D content, as well as 2D content playing in sequence and at the same time through content management software.
"We are very excited to return to the Digital Signage Expo this year," Exceptional 3D CEO Michael Egan said in an announcement before the show. "This year we are debuting the 3D iPad to answer the call for 'arms length' 3D digital signage solutions. Now, any vertical market that requires digital signage at close proximity, such as, POS, shelf-talkers, interrupters, countertop applications, etc., can benefit from our cutting-edge 3D technology."
