Elo Touch Solutions, a global supplier of touch technology, and European digital signage software provider Grassfish are joining forces to serve what the companies are calling "the paradigm shift in the demand for interactive digital signage in key sectors such as retail, corporate, banking, hospitality, government and transport."
"We are pleased to welcome Elo as our touch solutions technology partner," Grassfish CEO Roland Grassberger said in the announcement, "as most of our customers look for innovative solutions and our digital signage software is designed for effective management and large-scale projects across Elo's touch display IDS product family."
According to the announcement, the companies' partnership is intended to address key European digital signage market requirements: a broad range of commercial touch display solutions, quality and robustness, reliability of touch and effective interoperability between devices.
"The alliance with Grassfish is part of Elo's efforts dedicated to strengthening the relationship with key ISV partners across Europe, Middle East and Africa," said Servaas Kamerling, president of Elo Touch Solutions EMEA.
