Elo partnered with jewelry retailer Monica Rich Kosann earlier this year to provide interactive digital touchscreens. The touchscreens are designed for customers and employees to browse the retailer's entire collection, according to a press release.
Customers can use the displays to view Monica Rich Kosann's entire stock. They can also use the displays to examine how different metals, designs and photos would look on an individual piece of jewelry.
"Elo's digital touchscreen solutions have allowed us to offer a modern, side-by- side shopping experience between our sales associates and customers," Rod Kosann, CEO of Monica Rich Kosann, said in the release. "We won't do a store again without Elo's digital touchscreens, and are looking into incorporating them in all new store initiatives including at our flagship store at Bergdorf Goodman."
