E-spirit receives certification for Salesforce Commerce Cloud's content integration API

E-spirit Inc. has received certification for Salesforce Commerce Cloud's content integration API, which allows retailers to craft custom experiences for shoppers on web, social media and in-store. This will allow E-spirit's customers to better manage content without a developer's assistance, according to a press release.

E-spirit plans to use the API alongside its Firstspirit content management system to create one intuitive interface for content creation and management, without any coding. The integration will enable other features, including:

  • A/B testing;
  • Simpler multi-brand and multi-content distribution;
  • Omnichannel content;
  • Real-time analytics; and
  • Housing content in a central location for use with multiple channels.
