Display Solution AG, a developer and marketer of industrial and digital signage LCD solutions, has partnered with Userful, the makers of the Userful Network Video Wall, to provide flexible, high performance video walls, the companies announced. The new partnership aims to bring a variety of unique options to AV professionals, according to the announcement.

Userful says its Network Video Wall is the first video wall to deliver ultra-high definition (4K) and larger content in real-time over the network using a standard PC, reducing the cost of deploying video walls by using a single PC with small zero-client devices at each display. The solution supports multiple channels of live content simultaneously using pre-set zones within the video wall, and it supports both standard grid configuration and artistic "mosaic" video wall lay outs with any angle rotation of individual displays, the company said. One of Userful's key features is its browser-based, drag-and-drop interface that allows anyone to easily setup the video wall and manage multiple streams of content on the video wall, according to the company.

"Userful enhances Display Solution's product range for digital signage applications, bringing a complete new approach with a very simple and cost-efficient solution," Display Solution AG CEO Norbert Feuchtgruber said in the announcement.
