Hospitality integrator expands beyond continental US

Enseo, a hospitality integrator, is extending its technical based services into the international market, according to a company press release. The Enseo platform has been deployed internationally for years, but Enseo as an integrator was confined to the 48 contiguous states.

Enseo now offers its full suite of services, including guest room entertainment, HSIA and digital signage, in Canada, the Caribbean and all of Latin America. This includes Enseo's services for subscription-based video and Bluetooth audio support. Enseo also offers multilingual support for all properties in need of such services, including menus, messages and Rovi-licensed interactive program guides.

In a move to further support initiatives for these properties' regional, and cultural characteristics, Enseo has expanded its international executive team. David Navarro joined Enseo in April as managing director of CALA. Navarro had previously held executive management positions in the hospitality industry for SONIFI, LodgeNet, On Command Corporation and Spectradyne International.

Some of the hotels outside the continental U.S. that have chosen to offer Enseo's services to guests include JW Marriott Mexico City, Renaissance Montreal Downtown Hotel, Courtyard Quebec, San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, El Conquistador Resort by Hilton's Waldorf Astoria, Guyana Marriott, Anchorage Marriott Downtown, Courtyard Oahu North Shore, and the Ritz-Carlton Residences at Waikiki Beach.
