Digital signage and wayfinding solutions and software provider 22Miles has introduced a new Internet-based Digital Signage Wiki self-service learning system designed to train and support designers using 22Miles Publisher Pro Digital Signage Software, the company announced.

The company said this new complimentary offering adds to 22Miles' range of e-learning tools to empower developers, integrators and designers to brush up and improve their digital signage media creation skills using Publisher Pro.

"At 22Miles, we understand that our success depends on the success of our partners and resellers," said Chad Bogan, director of distribution at 22Miles, in the announcement. "The decision to release this new tool was simple. It is all about providing immediate answers, support and training to our partners. Our new comprehensive Wiki was designed to make the learning process intuitive, so users no longer have to feel IT dependent. From any device at any time, users can search for and view short but informative instructional videos on every module of our software."

The company said its Wiki helps organizations offer a stimulating learning experience through a series of short, step-by-step digital signage module videos, as well as instant access to documents. Built native into the Wiki is a support library of manuals, how-to guides, FAQs and other useful forms of documentation.
