Digital Outdoor Advertising, a billboard network, has partnered with Vistar Media to deliver programmatic revenue for independent billboard operators. Through this partnership, operators can sell their inventory through Vistar's supply-side platform, according to a press release.
With the SSP, media owners can deliver their unsold inventory to a large group of digital buyers. Owners can earn passive income from national brands that programmatically purchase DOOH campaigns, or expand their reach by targeting private marketplaces, according to the release.
"Programmatic is a powerful channel for any independent operator working with DOA looking for incremental revenue," Jordan Fraser, publisher solutions manager at Vistar Media, said in the release. "The advertisers on the Vistar platform are always eager for more scale in billboard inventory, and this partnership will deliver true value to both sides of the programmatic ecosystem."
