Memphis Daily News: Driving south along Germantown Parkway, motorists pass a billboard that displays, in jumbo-sized letters, words of encouragement for the University of Memphis Tigers basketball team. Then, after about eight seconds, another advertisement digitally appears, replacing the previous ad.
"This is going to be the future of billboards," said a local billboard entrepreneur. "I could be sitting right here with my laptop and wireless card and change the ad from here. People will wait in line to buy this."
